Co-Founder & CEO
Victor learned all aspects of construction at a trade school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he began his career as a roofing contractor. The brutally cold weather forced Victor and his family to move out of the Midwest and into the Washington D.C. Metro area in 1984, where Audi Contractors had its successful beginnings.
Victor has worked for many commercial builders including Glenn Construction and Clark Construction; he has also worked for top residential builders including Comstock Homes, D. R. Horton, and Porter. Since then, Victor has gained over 30 years in commercial and residential construction experience.
Bringing reliable knowledge of the local building industry, Victor’s service driven approach, strive for perfection and working knowledge of all building practices makes him an invaluable resource to the company. His honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction is recognized by many of our clients and outwardly shown through his work.
Co-Founder & CFO
Laura has been a serving pillar of KBF by Audi Contractors since its start in 1984. While raising three children and working as a paralegal for 16 years, Laura managed Audi Contractors into its success. She has never been hesitant to get her hands dirty from cleaning job sites to meeting with clients.
After retiring in June 2006 from a well-known law firm in Rockville, she has become a lightning-force behind the scenes of scheduling, management and communication with clients. With her maternal presence in the company, Laura is the calming effect of KBF by Audi Contractors.
Jamil M. Audi
Head of Operations
Jamil has worked side by side with his father, Victor, since his adolescent years. From a young age, Jamil learned that perfection is the only option which Victor accepts on any project and carries that to the highest degree on all of Audi Contractors’ projects.
Upon graduating Catholic University in 2004, Jamil started working full time for the family business. In 2011 Jamil opened the family’s first design center under the name A&A Interiors in Leesburg, VA. Then, in 2017, he opened a second location in Fairfax, VA and helped facilitate the corporate merge between A&A Interiors and Audi Contractors to form what is now, KBF by Audi Contractors.
Jamil was awarded Loudoun County’s ‘40 under 40’ award for being one of the top 40 business leaders under 40 years old for his work with KBF by Audi Contractors. The dedication that Jamil has put into the growth of the company and its proven success makes KBF by Audi Contractors a company that will be around for years to come.
John N. Ayoub
Operations / Director of Flooring
John learned the flooring business from his father’s rug cleaning facility which allowed him to become IICRC certified in carpet cleaning, cleaning restoration and carpet installation and then lead on to become KBF’s Director of Flooring.
His favorite part of the job is always installing the next flooring project – “it’s amazing to see how a room can come together and transform to an elegant and modern space with a simple flooring install”. Working at KBF by Audi has not only allowed John to grow and learn more about the business but, educate our clients about the right flooring for their home. His proudest moment in the industry is winning Loudoun Chamber’s 2017 Independent Retailer of The Year.
Apart from work, John is a family man who takes joy in spending time with his wife and kids. One of his favorite hobbies is fishing and the most memorable vacation he’s had is fishing in the Florida Keys.
Accounting / HR Director
Rania’s KBF by Audi experience began in October 2016 as the Accounting Manager and Human Resources Director. Although Rania’s job extends past the paying people and collecting money, her perfect day at work would mean reconciling an account that is flawless!
Prior to working in the Kitchen and Bath Industry, Rania received her BA in Hospitality Management. She enjoys working at KBF by Audi because it generated Rania to think in different ways and explore possibilities for self-advancement and she is proud to be part of a team that creates magical spaces for people every day.
Growing up, Rania was thankful for the summers that her parents would send herself and her sibling to Lebanon to be with their family and experience the roots of their culture. She enjoys anything that involves being outdoors, road trips, shopping and her doggies but, aside from that, Rania is her best self when she’s surrounded by those she loves the most.
Diane L. Grimes
Project Coordinator / Purchasing
Diane’s first job out of business school, at age 19, was working in both the marketing and operations departments of a residential home building company. After being in the construction & building industry for many years, Diane and her husband, Tom, started their own home improvement business. Since then, Diane joined the KBF by Audi family in April of 2016.
As project coordinator, Diane ensures that every project stays on schedule and facilitates the ordering and delivery of products from our vendors to the project when needed. Throughout the project, she works with the Project Manager and Material Coordinator to ensure the project stays on course and remains on track. Diane also coordinates all warranty and customer service issues that may arise.
In addition to being project coordinator, Diane is a loving wife and mother of two. She strives for health, happiness, prosperity and a trip to Hawaii! When she isn’t cheering on the Denver Broncos or hanging out with the family, Diane dreams about becoming a personal assistant to John Elway, Novak Djokovic or Gary, Jay or Joe Don of Rascal Flatts – in no particular order, of course.
Andy’s experience in building material retail and remodeling stems from his love of the construction industry over the last 30+ years. Previous to becoming Project Manager, Andy owned a remodeling firm for many years until he joined the team in January 2017.
Andy’s knowledge and understanding for renovations sets him apart from most; his connections with his clients, the team and the field staff create a seamless process that most dream of having. Apart from his experience, it’s Andy’s passion for his job that drives him to excel and continue to achieve satisfaction and perfection, every time!
When Andy isn’t at work building homes, he’s fabricating his dream of retirement where he aims to travel the world. Given the option of working without pay, Andy would be a youth mentor or park ranger - a little extra proof that Andy enjoys the service of others!
Assistant Project Manager
Jon started his journey with KBF by Audi in April 2017 as our Assistant Project Manager. He spends his days monitoring jobsites to ensure that each one is well maintained and free of any debris.
One of the key aspects of Jon’s job is guaranteeing the correct products and materials are at a client’s home on time and ready for installation – this is vital to our construction process. Although Jon has only been in the industry for a short amount of time, he is hungry to learn more from the team and the business and grow with that knowledge.
In his down time, Jon enjoys cooking and staying active. His love of biking and basketball keep him outside but is taken inside with the family tradition of making Christmas cookies. Baking aside, Jon also has a passion for cooking and creating new dishes to wow his family and friends.
